AALL Annual Meeting & Conference Program Proposal Collection

Thank you for proposing an educational program for AALL 2027 to be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, July 17-20, 2027.

Before you proceed, the Annual Meeting Program Committee (AMPC) encourages you to review the list of "must have" program topics, and familiarize yourself with the guidelines for crafting a robust proposal. The AMPC will evaluate all submitted proposals using an updated comprehensive rubric.

Timeline:

• September 21: Call for program proposals opens
• October 19: Call for program proposals closes at 12:00 p.m. PT / 2:00 p.m. CT / 3:00 p.m. ET.
• October 21–November 16: Proposal Review and Scoring by the AMPC
• December 7–8, 2026: AMPC Team Leaders Meeting in Chicago to select programs
• January 2027: Proposers notified on the status of their program
