  • Instructional level of the workshop
  • APA citations

  • Whether you are willing to have your session recorded

It is recommended that you type out your submission in a separate document and then copy and paste the elements into the correct places on the form. Please do not email your document to the conference committee. All submissions must go through the online submission portal. If you have any trouble with the submission process, please feel free to reach out to the conference committee at conference@collegiaterecovery.org!

Please note: If you have already created an account this year, please login using your credentials. However, all presenters must 'register' for a new account for the 2026 conference. Data is not populated from previous conference years.
