Who can submit? Proposals must be submitted by an APA member who is serving as a presenter on the session. Members may not submit proposals solely on behalf of other individuals. Nonmembers can be listed as speakers and can create a free user account at planning.org to be added to a proposal.
Start early. Browse the full submission site to prepare your responses and facilitate the submission process before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted for any reason.
Send speaker invitations. Speakers need to confirm their participation in the system. Proposals are accepted based on content AND contributors and should be submitted with confirmed/final presenters only as changes cannot be made if accepted.
