Welcome to the ADAA Webinar Submission Site

Please note that ADAA does not compensate presenters. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

What you need to know prior to completing this form: ADAA’s professional webinars support the understanding, investigation, and implementation of mood and anxiety disorders, and empirically supported treatments and best practices related to them. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the elements on which webinars are evaluated, which can be found here.

Please carefully note what is required in order to have your proposal accepted – including the documents and deadlines that need to be met.

The submission fields in this portal for submissions are applicable to webinars offering continuing education credits and are required by ADAA's accrediting agency. If you prefer to submit a webinar proposal which would not offer continuing education credits, please contact ADAA directly at webinars@adaa.org.

If you are not sure if your proposal meets the criteria, please reach out to us at webinars@adaa.org and we will respond as soon as possible.

What will happen after you complete and submit this webinar submissions form:
  • Your webinar submission will be peer-reviewed by the ADAA Professional Education Committee. You will be notified of a decision approximately one month from your submission.
  • If your proposal is accepted ADAA staff will work with you to schedule a date for your live or recorded webinar.
The following items are also required within the noted deadlines:

    1. Completion of an online disclosure form within one week of scheduling a date for your webinar (this is mandated by our CE/CME accreditor)

    2. Power Point presentation (to be received no less than five working days prior to the date of the webinar)

    3. For CE/CME eligible webinars: 10 True/ False or multiple choice post-test questions and answers (this is mandated by our CE/CME accreditor) must be received no less than ten working days prior to the webinar.

Some webinars may be eligible for Cross-Cultural Competency Diversity Continuing Education Credit. While no additional information is required to submit for this credit, ADAA will be requesting this credit for appropriate topics.

Please note that if you are unable to meet any of the deadlines noted above that ADAA reserves the right to cancel the scheduled webinar. Thank you for your interest.
