Call For Proposals

The Call for Proposals is accepting 120-minute pre-conference workshops, 60- and 90-minute sessions, as well as 10-minute lightning topics, and Poster Presentations. For any questions about the 2026 ARHE/ARS/AAPG National Conference Call for Proposals, please email the Conference Committee at conference@collegiaterecovery.org and we will respond as soon as we can. Please be sure to view the Conference Website for more information about the conference.

The deadline for presentation proposals is 11:59 P.M. ET on Friday, January 23, 2026. Poster proposals may be submitted through April 30, 2026 and presenters will be notified on a rolling a basis.The review committee will review submissions throughout the first three weeks of February. You will be notified of a decision regarding any proposals the week of March 1, 2026.

To begin the submission process, please enter your e-mail address and click on the "Join Now" button.  You are able to start and stop your application, but please make a note of your email and Access Key (password), which will be needed to log back in.

Please note: If you have already created an account this year, please login using your credentials. However, all presenters must 'register' for a new account for the 2026 conference. Data is not populated from previous conference years.
